…suitable for the darkest hours before dawn: loneliness and loss, fear and insanity, death or something worse.
By turns melancholic, mournful and (of course) spooky, Lonesome Wyatt & The Holy Spooks are clearly masters of their macabre craft.
Today is the official release date for the new Lonesome Wyatt and the Holy Spooks album, “Heartsick.” It is now available for digital download on the Tribulation site, iTunes, and Amazon.com.
There are still some limited-edition vinyl, cassettes, and CDs available in the store as well!
Thanks to everyone who pre-ordered. You are all very swell.
Your miserable friend,
Lonesome Wyatt
Lonesome Wyatt and his Holy Spooks aren’t really so lonesome — they’re in good company in the world of gothic folk, joining the likes of Black Heart Procession and Dead Man’s Bones in the creepier corner of the new Americana.
Lonesome Wyatt delves deep into his soul lyrically to bring what I think is one of the most innovative, creative and heartfelt records in a long time.

The cold unforgiving winds of autumn have begun to blow…and pre-orders for the new Lonesome Wyatt and the Holy Spooks record, “Heartsick,” are now available.
This album marks the rebirth of the Holy Spooks and contains the first new recordings in ten years.
Come and listen to clips, get the limited-edition colored vinyl and cassette tape, or pick yourself up one of those newfangled CDs if you so desire.
Also, to make this sad day even more tear-filled we have two brand new Holy Spooks shirts.
Thanks pals!
Your miserable friend,
Lonesome Wyatt

Hope to see you there!
